We’re looking for a warm, organized, and team-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join us at The Aesthetic Co.! This part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week) is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-facing position and is passionate about helping others feel their best.

The ideal candidate is punctual, a fast learner, and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment. Strong computer skills are essential, and experience in a medical spa or aesthetic setting is preferred, though not required. We value individuals seeking long-term growth and who bring a positive, professional attitude to our team each day.

As a HIPAA-compliant practice, confidentiality and professionalism are a must. Additionally, because we frequently share behind-the-scenes moments and educational content on our platforms, applicants should feel comfortable appearing on social media.
