Paige was born and raised in Montana! She lives in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley with her husband and two busy kiddos, Maverick Hanes and Collins Kay! When Paige isn't busy working, she is chasing her kids around and spending every weekend boating at the lake! Seeley Lake is her favorite place to be in the summer!

Paige is sunscreen obsessed and has worn and loved our Colorescience brand that we carry for years. It's been her go to “makeup” that also has great protection. Her absolute favorite product is the Flex Face Shield!

A board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of medical experience, Kansys blends her medical expertise with a refined aesthetic eye to create natural, confidence-boosting results. Her dedication to continued education ensures patients receive the most advanced and effective treatments available.

Kansys is also the creator of The Art of Injecting, a professional training program where she mentors other injectors, emphasizing precision, safety, and the art of achieving balance and harmony in every face.

Born and raised in Montana, Kansys brings authenticity and heart to her practice. When she’s not treating patients or training injectors, she enjoys life at the lake with her husband, two children — Karsyn and Layton — and spending time at home with their 2 cats.

Allie is the Lead Esthetician at The Aesthetic Co. and has been a licensed esthetician since 2021. She brings extensive knowledge of skincare and a deep passion for helping clients feel confident and radiant. Allie is committed to ongoing education and staying current with the latest techniques and innovations in the aesthetics industry. Her favorite service to recommend is a custom facial—designed to meet each client’s individual skin needs and goals.

A Missoula resident for the past 10 years, Allie loves spending time outdoors with her husband Zack, their twin baby girls, and their dog, Nala. You’ll often find them running, biking, or grabbing a treat at Dairy Queen.

Crysta grew up in Missoula, and started her healthcare career as a medical social worker. She was inspired to pursue nursing as a second career. When she is not at the Aesthetic Co you can still find her working as a registered nurse on an inpatient medical pediatric/ surgical unit.

Crysta has a sweet golden retriever, Lucy, and enjoys fishing, biking, hiking and exploring Montana on days off! Crysta was drawn to the Aesthetic nursing field to continue to help others by feeling and looking their best. Crysta is passionate about enhancing natural beauty and aging gracefully. Her favorite treatments include neuromodulators, cheek filler and Moxi! Crysta can't wait to meet you all and help you achieve your aesthetic goals!

ESTHETICIAN, PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR @aubsesthetics

Aubree is a licensed esthetician who has a love for brows and lashes, as well as making all of her patients feel beautiful in their own skin! Whether she is shaping someone’s brows or customizing a skincare regimen, the treatment room is her happy place. She strives to provide knowledge on skin and skincare products to help her patients better understand their skin and how to take care of it. 

Aubree grew up in the Bitterroot Valley, hanging around her mom’s salon, which is what originally sparked her passion for the beauty industry. She now lives in Missoula and if she is not busy helping her patients, she is spending time with friends, staying active, or soaking up the sun. Her favorite SPF to wear outside is our Colorescience NO SHOW SPF or our Colorescience FLEX in shade medium. 

If she could recommend one product from the medical grade skincare line, it would be the Lipid Serum by Epicutis!

Stefanie Scott is a passionate and experienced aesthetic injector with over 15 years in the nursing field, and the last 3 years dedicated to medical aesthetics. Born and raised in Butte, Montana, Stefanie now calls Missoula home—a place she loves raising her two amazing kids with her husband.With a strong clinical background and a natural eye for aesthetics, Stefanie is devoted to helping clients feel rejuvenated, confident, and like the best version of themselves. She believes in enhancing natural beauty through personalized treatments, making each client feel truly listened to and heard, and building lasting, trusting relationships along the way.Stefanie stays current with the latest advancements in products, procedures, and techniques to ensure she provides the safest and most effective care. Her favorite treatments include neuromodulators (such as Botox), cheek and lip filler, and biostimulating treatments for long-term collagen support and skin rejuvenation.Outside of The Aesthetic Co., Stefanie loves spending quality time with her family, friends, and two labradoodles. Beyond the treatment room, she is a proud mom of twin daughters and dog mom to two energetic corgis. She recharges by spending time in nature, catching live music, and embracing life on her own terms. She believes beauty isn’t about fitting into society’s mold—it’s about self-care, self-expression, and creating your own path.

With 17 years of experience as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector and a Registered Nurse for 40 years, Cat Otway has built a reputation for combining advanced clinical expertise with an artistic eye for natural, balanced results.

She is highly skilled in wrinkle-reducers, dermal fillers, and advanced injectable techniques, and is committed to providing personalized treatments that enhance each patient's unique features.

Known for her compassionate approach and attention to detail, Cat takes time to listen and understand each patient's goals while empowering patients to feel confident and refreshed, maintaining a natural look.

Meet Jordyn! A Missoula native, you may recognize as your former “bank girl” or “coffee girl.” But in more recent years she’s been your “esti girl.”

Jordyn has been a licensed esthetician since 2019. She went solo right out of school (scary right, but it was an amazing 6 years) and it eventually lead her to being a part of The A Co team. Jordyn is a wife and mom of 1 little girl and 2 fur babies. She loves live music and camping in the summer, traveling in the winter and spending time with her extensive family all year round.

She loves any service that provides instant gratification such as eyelash extensions, lifts & tinting as well as full body waxing. and luxury facials. Often described growing up as “chatty” Jordyn loves to talk music, books and all things reality TV, but also enjoys a serene, silent appointment if that’s what you’re in the mood for. Jordyn is passionate about skincare (especially spf) and honoring the integrity of your lashes and skin throughout every service. She’s always excited to connect with new people and can’t wait to see you in the treatment room!

Rachel is the creative mind behind much of our digital presence and a warm, welcoming face for our patients. As our Patient Care Coordinator and in-house Content Creator, she helps ensure every patient feels cared for from the moment they reach out—while also managing our social media and capturing behind-the-scenes content that showcases the heart of what we do.

Rachel has lived in Montana for the past 23 years and loves calling it home. With over a decade of experience in photography, she also owns multiple creative businesses - including a wedding content creation business. 

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family - camping, traveling, and recharging at home as a self-proclaimed homebody. Whether she’s editing videos, planning shoots, or connecting with clients, she brings energy, creativity, and heart to everything she does.
