Kansys is a board certified Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of medical experience. She was born and raised in the beautiful state of Montana. Kansys spent 5 years living on the Oregon coast and moved back to Montana 2 years ago to be near her family as she raises her children, Karsyn & Layton.

Kansys has health care experience in home health, neurology, orthopedics, emergency medicine and urgent care. Her passion for the beauty industry and medicine lead her to a fulfilling career in medical aesthetics.

Kansys has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2018 when she first became certified in medical aesthetics while also working full time in Urgent Care.

She started The Aesthetic Co. in Astoria, Oregon and has since expanded and opened 3 sister locations in Missoula, Montana, Helena, Montana & Kalispell, Montana. She travels between the four locations to offer treatments.

Kansys enjoys all the facets of the aesthetic industry but her favorite treatments are Neuromodulators (botox), platelet rich fibrin, biostimulators and lip filler. Kansys is trained and certified in all of the products and services she offers at her medical clinic. She firmly believes in continuing education in an ever evolving industry. She invests in her education and knowledge by pursuing training opportunities to enhance her skill set to provide the best patient outcomes. Patient safety is her number one priority. She believes personalized care should be applied to each patient with the goal to improve confidence in men and women.

When Kansys is not working and injecting her wonderful clients she enjoys spending time with her two beautiful daughters and her husband. She enjoys spending time outdoors, camping and cuddling her cats.

Mel is a board certified women's health nurse practitioner with over 10 years of health care experience in acute and preventative care. She was born and raised in Montana and has always appreciated the unique beauty and community found here. She keeps busy with her two daughters, family, and dog. 

Mel is passionate about providing holistic care. She takes the time to listen and strives to understand each patient’s health goals, their unique story, their challenges and their strengths. Her specialties include menopause hormone replacement therapy, optimal hormone balance, gut health, and the mind-body connection. She hopes that each patient she meets feels heard and seen, receives tangible support, and experiences a greater feeling of mental and physical wellbeing as a result of their partnership. 

Crysta grew up in Missoula, and started her healthcare career as a medical social worker. She was inspired to pursue nursing as a second career. When she is not at the Aesthetic Co you can still find her working as a registered nurse on an inpatient medical pediatric/ surgical unit.

Crysta has a sweet golden retriever, Lucy, and enjoys fishing, biking, hiking and exploring Montana on days off! Crysta was drawn to the Aesthetic nursing field to continue to help others by feeling and looking their best. Crysta is passionate about enhancing natural beauty and aging gracefully. Her favorite treatments include neuromodulators, cheek filler and Moxi! Crysta can't wait to meet you all and help you achieve your aesthetic goals!

Allie is the Lead Esthetician at The Aesthetic Co. and has been a licensed esthetician since 2021. She brings extensive knowledge of skincare and a deep passion for helping clients feel confident and radiant. Allie is committed to ongoing education and staying current with the latest techniques and innovations in the aesthetics industry. Her favorite service to recommend is a custom facial—designed to meet each client’s individual skin needs and goals.

A Missoula resident for the past 10 years, Allie loves spending time outdoors with her husband Zack, their twin baby girls, and their dog, Nala. You’ll often find them running, biking, or grabbing a treat at Dairy Queen.

Allie is excited to welcome you into the treatment room and provide thoughtful, personalized care to help you look and feel your best.

Sheridan is a licensed esthetician in Missoula. She was born and raised in Missoula and loves all the beauty Montana has to offer. She enjoys the outdoors and being on the river fishing or rafting with her friends and golden retriever, Winston!

Sheridan loves helping others feel confident and beautiful whether that's through skin pampering or skillful brow and lash artistry. She strives for enhancing natural beauty while maintaining healthy skin. She can’t wait to meet you and help you love your skin!

Paige was born and raised in Montana! She lives in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley with her husband and two busy kiddos, Maverick Hanes and Collins Kay! When Paige isn't busy working, she is chasing her kids around and spending every weekend boating at the lake! Seeley Lake is her favorite place to be in the summer!

Paige is sunscreen obsessed and has worn and loved our Colorescience brand that we carry for years. It's been her go to “makeup” that also has great protection. Her absolute favorite product is the Flex Face Shield!

Aubree is a new licensed esthetician in Missoula that has a love for doing eyelash extensions and any kind of waxing. She was born and raised in the Bitterroot Valley, spending most of her time as a little girl hanging around her mom’s salon. When Aubree isn’t busy taking clients or helping patients at the front desk, she is usually spending quality time with her friends and family, or doing research on eyelash extensions. She also loves being outdoors during camping season, hunting season, and summer! 

Aubree has had a love & passion for the beauty industry since she was young, and can’t wait to help you feel confident and beautiful in your own skin!
